What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to ensure system availability
- Manage installation, upgrades, capacity, and backup and recovery planning for hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues
- Document system changes and analyze the effects of upgrades and releases
- Lead disaster recovery exercises to ensure full system restoration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 or more years of technical experience with midrange platforms or Local Area Network
- 3-5 years of technical or functional experience with core systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry
- Project management experience
- Certificates in operating system administration software
