What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain PeopleSoft system performance through monitoring, analysis, and tuning
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to infrastructure, software, operating systems, and databases
- Provide technical support for long-running queries and performance-related issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8 or more years of technical experience with midrange platforms or Local Area Network
- 3-5 years of technical or functional experience with core systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a PeopleSoft Administrator role
- Familiarity with Oracle database administration
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft technologies including Java, WebLogic, and Tuxedo across both Linux and Windows OS
- Experience deploying PeopleSoft Update Manager packages utilizing Change Assistant
- Proficient in using Oracle's DPK software and PeopleSoft CA to install PeopleTools patches and upgrades
