What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end billing operations, ensuring optimal configuration and integration of Zuora Billing with other financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable financial solutions that ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement strategies for Zuora configuration, integrations, and automation
- Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
- Research and advocate for new Zuora capabilities to enhance billing and revenue recognition processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience with finance systems, specifically in billing and payments automation
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including configuration and integration
- Deep understanding of SaaS billing models and ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, JIRA, CI/CD)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Zuora Billing Architect certification (Solution Architect preferred)
- Knowledge of Stripe or other payment gateways
- Familiarity with finance compliance requirements (SOX, PCI-DSS, audit readiness)
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Workflow, Data Query, and API-based customizations
