What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead the creative process within the pod, generating innovative concepts for client programs and initiatives
- Craft physical and digital materials for experiences, including custom proposals, signage, event-related collateral, branding, and decor
- Collaborate with account, program, and marketing disciplines to bring solutions to life
- Participate in client presentations and pitch concepts
- Ensure creative integrity and continuity throughout programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5+ years of art director experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Suite
- Background in experiential design is a plus
- Strong visual aesthetic and typography skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Wordpress
- Experience working in a start-up or open office environment
- Familiarity with events and activations industry
- Excellent time management skills and sense of urgency
- Strong presentation skills
