What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead larger complex projects and mentor/coach associate team members
- Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to enhance business and streamline client workflows
- Actively resolve bottlenecks and facilitate approvals while adhering to critical deadlines
- Route artwork through client-based tools for cross-functional approvals
- Implement best practices to optimize workflows, timelines, tools, costs, and ensure high-quality creative outputs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in a creative agency or customer service industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design, and production artwork
- Knowledge of project management systems (ESKO's WebCenter, Wrike, Mediabox) is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience
