      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and build actuarial analyses to evaluate existing underwriting practices and assess their impact on expected mortality and costs
      - Collaborate with Business Intelligence to create tools for analyzing automated underwriting data
      - Develop underwriting and risk control strategies for new products and partnerships
      - Conduct actuarial analyses on policyholder behaviors and their impact on business value
      - Draft reports summarizing findings and prepare management recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Business
      - FSA designation with a minimum of 6 years of experience OR Career ASA with 12+ years of experience
      - Proficient in data manipulation using R, Python, Excel, or Tableau
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with life insurance pricing
      - Proficient in drafting documents using Word and PowerPoint
      - Demonstrated internal motivation and initiative
