      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal advice and support to HR Business Partners and business units on various labor and employment topics
      - Manage and implement strategies for pre-litigation and litigation matters
      - Draft and edit employment-related documents, policies, and agreements
      - Develop and present training related to employment law matters to HR and business leaders
      - Assist in monitoring compliance with wage and hour issues and federal contractor compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of law firm and/or in-house experience post Bar admission
      - Juris Doctor degree and member in good standing of the New York State Bar
      - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
      - Subject matter expert in U.S. employment law

      - Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, including virtual presentations
      - Strong negotiating skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships
