      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct analysis to define and monitor Customer Success strategies for dedicated customers
      - Evaluate customer health and identify strategies to mitigate risks and identify growth opportunities
      - Partner with the growth team on upsell and renewal strategies for customer accounts
      - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at various seniority levels through effective communication
      - Utilize data and analytics to assess customer performance and drive ROI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/client-facing role, preferably in healthcare
      - Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC), Risk Adjustment, or Quality programs is highly preferred
      - Strong customer management skills and ability to build trusted relationships
      - Proficient in prioritization and project management
      - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate problems and solutions effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in analytics and handling complex data
      - Strong interest in healthcare, particularly in value-based care
      - Ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate roadblocks effectively
