      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the "General Manager" for assigned accounts, overseeing the deployment of the Stellar platform
      - Conduct analysis to define and monitor Customer Success strategies and performance metrics
      - Evaluate customer health, diagnose barriers to success, and develop data-driven mitigation strategies
      - Manage complex cross-functional implementations and strategic workstreams to achieve successful outcomes
      - Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, effectively communicating Stellar's impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or similar roles at health tech or value-based care companies
      - Prior experience in healthcare is required
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a passion for working with data
      - Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate problems and solutions clearly
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a small team
