      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and technical excellence in Public Financial Management (PFM) service areas, mentoring less-experienced staff
      - Develop and lead proposals, including large and complex ones, focusing on strategy and technical approach
      - Collaborate across sectors to deepen strategic relationships with prospective clients and identify PFM opportunities
      - Manage all aspects of large and complex projects, overseeing from start-up to close-out
      - Provide ongoing technical support and specialized assistance within PFM-related areas of project implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Finance, or International Affairs; master’s degree preferred
      - At least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in sectors related to Economics, Finance, or International Affairs
      - Recognized technical expert in Public Financial Management
      - Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
      - Availability for travel 30-40%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Preference for overseas development experience
      - Proven track record in leading or contributing to proposals with successful technical solutions
      - Speaking and reading proficiency in a foreign language such as Spanish, French, or Arabic
      - Demonstrated knowledge of USAID and Tetra Tech client policies related to PFM
      - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
