What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee large and complex projects from start-up through close-out, ensuring contract compliance
- Act as a proposal champion and strategist for new business pursuits, maintaining deep networks in the industry
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in technical service areas
- Write position papers and communications to showcase the sector's experience and capabilities
- Travel regularly to project sites for technical assistance and management support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum master’s degree in civil/environmental engineering, policy, environmental sciences, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in international WSSH project management and/or implementation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management support or technical assistance in developing or fragile contexts
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and cross-cultural team environments
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of client satisfaction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Speaking and reading proficiency in at least one foreign language, especially French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic
- Demonstrated experience leading or writing winning proposals for international projects
