      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong business relationships with agents in a captive agency sales force
      - Achieve and exceed assigned territory and individual General Office’s life sales objectives
      - Provide case development and design support for life insurance products
      - Deliver sales presentations to agents and clients, emphasizing individual and business needs
      - Proactively collaborate with management to drive sales strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Approximately 5 years of wholesaling experience in life insurance products
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
      - Life license and Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63 registrations required
      - Strong understanding of the life insurance business and sales dynamics
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain business relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry-recognized designations such as CLU, CHFC, or CFP
      - Understanding of Advanced Markets
      - Motivated and energetic individual with the ability to drive objectives autonomously
