What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales and customer acquisition for the Zero Waste Box business segment
- Monitor campaign KPIs and provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling digital assets
- Analyze e-commerce and campaign performance to recommend continuous improvements
- Participate in the development of innovative advertising, public relations, and social media strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital and/or e-commerce marketing
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Proven ability to generate innovative ideas and creatively solve problems
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices
