      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, People Service Delivery Team Lead . This role is located in Pune, MH - Hybrid.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Lead a regional service delivery function of client service representatives or a small team of administrative support staff contributing to the communication of business unit procedures and Corporate policies as well as implementation of operational procedures for activities and solutions.
      • The Internal Talent Mobility Team Lead is responsible for managing the internal talent mobility program within the organization. Collaborating with Recruiter, department heads, and hiring managers to understand talent needs and facilitate internal transfers, promotions.
      • Projects may include assisting with the implementation of new or updated operational procedures around learning and development, compensation/benefits, talent administration and relocation, visa and immigration administration.
      • Manage any internal or external audits assigned to the business unit. Often oversees 1-2 different activities or solutions.
      • Manages the team's execution of assigned activities and solutions, ensuring quality and timeliness. Ensures team has appropriate resources to conduct their work and that they understand each solution, when to escalate and whom to contact.
      • Directly monitors their daily work to prevent unforeseen problems and mitigate potential client service interruptions.
      • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
      • Ensures team complies with all relevant organizational policies and procedures and federal/state laws and regulations.
      • Responsible for keeping up to date with legislative changes and guiding the team's adjustments in response to these changes. May help craft guidance to operationalize legislative changes into People Solutions procedures/protocols.
      • Initiates the implementation of process improvements as directed by more senior managers. May suggest process improvements or report on areas for improvement and development opportunities.
      • Recruits, directs, motivates and develops administrative support staff, maximizing their individual contributions, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively as a team. Ensures adequate training to perform function.
      • Responsible for the performance management processes for a team of support staff. Supervises a small team of support staff. Tasks are accomplished primarily through the work of direct reports.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelor‘s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
      • 7-9 years of total work experience preferred with at least 2-3 years of management preferred.
