What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports to inform marketing strategy
- Collaborate with title marketers and Paid Media Strategy & Ad Operations teams to optimize campaign performance
- Measure effectiveness of cross-channel ad campaigns using marketing tools
- Establish and maintain benchmarks for key performance indicators across the marketing funnel
- Lead first-party audience targeting efforts while adhering to consumer data privacy regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Ability to analyze and translate marketing data into actionable performance reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Tealium tag manager, Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI
- Interest in nonfiction, current events, cooking, and pop culture
