What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and Employee Relations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to advise hiring managers effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience in both staffing agency and corporate environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines of passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
