      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Sales Manager for Penguin Young Readers and Random House Children's Books and manage direct selling for various children's categories
      - Communicate sales activities and developments internally and externally
      - Create seasonal PowerPoint presentations and monthly sales materials
      - Handle account administration tasks including estimates, mailings, and data uploads
      - Conduct daily and weekly sales reporting and ad-hoc analysis to identify growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with direct account interaction
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage a heavy workload independently
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on numbers and financials
      - Ability to travel up to 10% of the year via plane, train, or car

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with children's books
      - Experience in book retail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
