What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop vision, strategies, and action plans to grow the employer’s TCIA Practice
- Analyze construction general ledgers and reconcile financial documentation
- Prepare schedules that support findings in accordance with IRS standards
- Conduct site inspections and collect construction field data for audit purposes
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other leaders to discuss various incentive opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in federal tax compliance or tax consulting services
- Knowledge of IRS code sections related to cost segregation and construction processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with accounting methods and cost segregation studies
- Familiarity with costing models utilizing Excel pivot tables
- Candidates located on the West Coast will also be considered
