What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document work and articulate customer perspectives to show impact on their lives
- Communicate with employers and health care providers to facilitate understanding of disability accommodations
- Manage daily priorities to provide necessary support to customers with disabilities
- Execute vocational case management with timely follow-ups and return-to-work planning
- Collaborate with other vocational coaches to share best practices and improve program effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree with a focus in Rehabilitation Counseling
- Active Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) by the first day of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and ability to learn proprietary systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively with excellent time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disabilities
- Additional relevant licenses (LPC or LPC – I) and certifications (CCM, CDMS, CLMS, CEAS, PHR/SHRM-CP)
- Experience in job seeking skills education and job placement assistance
- Understanding of ergonomic coaching techniques
- Three years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counseling practitioner or two years in a disability claims environment
