      The Senior Associate Well-Being Experience Professional Designs and delivers innovative well-being strategies, solutions, and benefits to enable and improve high levels of holistic well-being (physical & emotional health, purpose, belonging and security), and to build resilience across Humana’s associate population. Incorporates analysis of complex issues and thought leadership to inform Humana’s enterprise-wide well-being strategy. Leads cross-functional teams to design and implement programs and benefits from concept to launch. Builds and maintains relationships with vendors to facilitate outside services that support associate well-being. Analyzes situations or data to inform an in-depth evaluation of variable factors to enable strategy setting and program impact evaluation.

      The Senior Associate Well-Being Experience Professional will be responsible for:

      · Provides consultation and leads team-based efforts to address business issues and achieve well-being goals.

      · Assembles and leads cross-functional teams to conceive and implement enterprise initiatives, improved processes, enhance participation, monitor/reduce costs, and develop/track success metrics.

      · Translates research discoveries and trends to evaluate, develop and implement innovative well-being experiences and resources to continually enhance the company's position as a leader in health and well-being.

      · Leverages well-being expertise to address gaps in associate experience, improve population health, optimize program outcomes, and assess new innovative programs.

      · Engages associates via an understanding of emotional drivers of decision making and motivators for healthy behavior and deploys strategies and tactics accordingly (i.e., behavioral economics, incentives, marketing, outreach).

      · Manages on-going relationship(s) with one or more third-party vendors, focusing on maintaining vendor alignment with Humana’s well-being philosophy while ensuring Humana is satisfied with the services provided.

      · Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

      · Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

      · Influence department’s strategy.

      Required Qualifications

      · Bachelor's degree

      · 3 or more years of wellness and/or well-being strategy and program design experience

      · 2 or more years of project leadership experience

      · Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

      Preferred Qualifications

      · Demonstrated ability to work across matrix teams

      · Vendor management experience

      Pay Range

      The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


      $69,800 - $96,200 per year


      This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
