What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all aspects of audits, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Develop risk matrices and audit programs, coordinating fieldwork with process owners
- Conduct process walkthroughs to analyze existing controls and identify improvement opportunities
- Utilize Computer Assisted Audit Tools for data analysis in audit projects
- Collaborate effectively with audit staff to achieve departmental goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
- Certifications: CPA, CIA, or CFE
- Experience with computer-aided auditing and Computer Assisted Audit Tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate internal control environments objectively
