- Lead the technical onboarding process for new customers, providing clear guidance and support.
- Design, configure, and implement integrations between IDEXX’s software platforms and customer systems, including APIs, data flows, and middleware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing responsive and professional support to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and address customer needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and best practices for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the onboarding process and enhance integration methodologies.
- 5+ years in a technical onboarding, integration, or solutions engineering role.
- Proficiency in API integrations, RESTful services, and data exchange formats
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration strategies.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with a proactive approach.
