      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the day-to-day administration of multi-state U.S. and Canada-based employee benefits
      - Interact with HR representatives and staff to address employee questions and resolve issues
      - Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and Payroll teams to audit benefit enrollment and deductions
      - Oversee annual open enrollment processes, including communications and vendor changes
      - Develop and administer process improvements to ensure compliance with health and welfare benefits regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration
      - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Benefits certification preferred
      - Knowledge of Canadian benefits is a plus, but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
      - Familiarity with ADP WorkForceNow
