What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the vendor invoicing, billing, and payment process, ensuring accurate expense differentiation
- Research and resolve complex invoicing issues with benefit team and vendors
- Assist in preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and facilitating follow-up actions for Benefit Plan Governance Committees
- Maintain accurate records of claims payments, administrative fees, and expenditures
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding benefit programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- At least 3 years of HR or benefits-related experience required
- Strong understanding of laws, rules, and regulations related to benefits preferred
- Proficient in using personal computers and office software, including spreadsheets and word processing
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

- Familiarity with benefit program implementations and communications
