What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand business requirements from various stakeholders and plan solutions for data needs
- Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and analytics
- Define new KPIs and analyze them to provide actionable recommendations
- Present findings to business leaders in both ad-hoc forums and routine reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in SQL and large-scale data analysis
- 3-5 years experience in all phases of the BI lifecycle in a Tableau environment
- Strong experience with data preparation for reporting, including ETL and data modeling
- Proficient in Excel, SQL (DBT), and Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with structured and unstructured data and joining large complex data sets
- Ability to handle both high-level architectural review/design and project execution
