What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle all aspects of the client billing process, including preparing and reviewing invoices
- Assemble and distribute monthly pre-bills to assigned attorneys
- Edit narratives and process write-offs following firm policy
- Work closely with billing attorneys to resolve client billing issues
- Assist with month-end close out and special projects as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of legal billing experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Elite 3E and E-Billing-Hub preferred
- High level of attention to detail and adaptability to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Intermediate Excel skills, including knowledge of formulas and vlookups
