What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, refine, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with business sponsors, compliance, and operations
- Identify potential solutions to meet the needs of end-users
- Create business process analysis artifacts, such as use cases and activity diagrams
- Draft clear business requirements documents outlining business needs and proposed technology solutions
- Assist the QA team in developing test cases and support UAT efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the cash equities technology group
- Strong experience in use cases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of US equities trading, including product types and order/trade lifecycle
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory concerns, such as Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and RegNMS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with FIX Protocol
- Proven track record of successfully delivering high-profile technology efforts in a high-pressure environment
