What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
- Analyze data from various sources to provide insights into business performance and improvement opportunities.
- Work with IT and analytics teams to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Prepare presentations to deliver trend analysis and insights to senior leadership.
- Build and enhance TPA Performance Scorecards to inform business decisions regarding TPA performance.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in Property and Casualty insurance is required.
- 5-7 years of experience with Power BI, COGNOS, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in SQL database functionality and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Smartsheet and ability to work with multiple datasets for analysis.
- Strong communication skills for addressing business and technical matters with senior management.
