What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advanced clinical business analytics support for the clinical practice efficiency program
- Lead design validation and clinical input gathering for reporting tools
- Identify improvements in clinical tools and support analytical reviews of clinical content
- Collaborate with the Epic application team and other stakeholders to develop technical specifications
- Ensure adherence to national clinical best practices and benchmarks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or other healthcare-related areas
- 7 years of progressive responsibility in managing projects and conducting business analytics
- 3 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Experience in clinical analytics and a strong understanding of business practices in healthcare
- Demonstrated knowledge of national clinical best practices and benchmarks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Specialized training in facilitation of diverse groups
- Some management experience within a healthcare setting
- Clinical experience or background in healthcare services
