      Senior Business Analyst

      Salary Circa - £55k

      Sitting within Risk Operation, Innovation and Reporting, the persistent change team will have an impact across the One Risk Function and will be critical in shaping the value we deliver across Aviva, so it is an exciting time to join.

      This is a great opportunity for people who are strategic in their thinking and passionate about helping the organisation streamline processes through data mapping, automation, and innovation. We want to mould a landscape that frees our Risk people up to be in the room with the business when it matters most.

      A bit about the job:


      In this role, you will assist with developing strategies to improve business processes. You will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of business objectives as you look to identify solutions to problems. A key player in driving change, you will help to foster a culture of continuous improvement, from situation investigation, problem analysis and business process improvement through to benefit change deployment.

      Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical skills will be crucial to help shape how we improve, including crafting business requirement documentation, process mapping, understanding data requirements, discovering innovation opportunities and delivering at pace.

      Skills and Experience:

      • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong interest in operational design and process improvement

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

      • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

      • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      • Understanding of non-technical stakeholders' needs and ability to bridge the gap between business and technology

      • Starting salary circa £55k(depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
