Job title: Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on skills & experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and develop the Business Analysis delivery and capability within the International portfolio
• Deliver low complex Business Change activities for projects within the portfolio
• Responsible for contributing to Business Analysis capability development and improvement across EITS programmes and portfolios, providing assurance activities and support across the team
• Lead the facilitation of project and programme objectives, requirements management, process development and noncomplex business change across a portfolio of work or a team of business analysts
• Provide early stage and full lifecycle consultancy to senior business and project stakeholders in order to help shape projects, establish feasibility, develop business change impact assessments and see them through delivery
• The role has line manager responsibility for business analysts including resource management and sourcing for business analyst professionals where appropriate within the portfolio

Your skills and experiences:

• Have demonstrable experience of leading successful business analyst activities on large programmes of work
• Have demonstrable experience of working within a structured and well-governed IT Project environment
• Have demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
• Have experience of gathering and documenting requirements for technical projects, including leading workshops for requirements and business process capture
• End to end experience of the project lifecycle, within complex organisation
• Have proven experience of delivering business analysis services on large and complex projects and programmes
• Have proven experience interacting directly with end users and technical project teams
• Technical training with BCS BA Diploma, Lean six sigma, agile BA, or similar is essential

The Business Change team:

You will be joining an experienced change management office of Business Change and Business Analyst professionals, delivering end to end change management support and capability across enterprise technology projects.

This is an opportunity to work within a key enterprise-wide technology transformation project. The role will work with multiple stakeholders globally and you will help drive and implement new ways of working across a large complex business.
