What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by documenting requirements and processes
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for project requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm understanding and agreement on deliverables
- Elicit, analyze, and document current and future state business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute test cases to validate that system changes meet specified requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
- At least 8+ years of experience in feasibility analysis, business process modeling, and requirement engineering
- Strong command of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Teams and MS Project
- Experience with SQL/PLSQL querying, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and planning skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Experience working on reporting and analytics or software development projects
- Practical experience in collecting and cleaning data and building visualizations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or alternative software development tracking systems
