What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, develop, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze and improve business processes while providing critical analytical insight to key projects
- Engage with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements for product, system, and process improvements
- Promote agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Stepping into a Project Manager role as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
- Significant experience in Scientific, Technical, and Medical (STM) academic publishing is highly desired
- Certification in one or more agile methods and relevant business analysis methods or experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAFe / Agile methodologies or equivalent relevant experience
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate groups across various disciplines
- Quick learning ability for new business domains, platforms, and processes
- Strong analytical mindset focused on innovative solutions to challenges
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills for stakeholder cooperation
