What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in IronClad CLM, supporting implementation and optimization
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into CLM solutions
- Drive process automation and workflow improvements in contract management
- Lead data analysis and reporting on contract performance and compliance
- Support system integrations between IronClad and other enterprise applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract lifecycle management
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with IronClad CLM, including workflow configuration
- Strong understanding of contract management principles, legal processes, and compliance
- Experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and system implementation

- Proven ability to drive automation and process improvements in contract management
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in project implementations
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting methodologies
