What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workflow analysis, and direct lab observations
- Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed documentation for technical teams
- Identify process gaps and develop solutions using technology and process optimization
- Work closely with engineers to ensure software aligns with user needs and regulatory standards
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience as a business analyst or a combination of business analysis and project management
- 7+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, supporting validated systems for CAP/CLIA and GxP compliance
- Strong ability to analyze business processes and create clear documentation for system design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups
