What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand business challenges and define key questions
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver insights through reporting and presentations
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and translate analytical findings for non-technical audiences
- Support strategic initiatives with ad-hoc reporting and business case development
- Act as a strategic partner in business discussions and provide proactive insights from analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with business operations, KPIs, and data storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
