What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, model, document, and manage healthcare data and business systems requirements
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex business needs into actionable insights
- Conduct data analysis on various healthcare datasets using SQL, supporting reporting efforts
- Create detailed documentation of features, functions, and data workflows for application development
- Collaborate in the planning and design of new applications and enhancements to existing systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst in US Healthcare IT projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data analysis, data ingestion, validation, and reporting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health and Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare data sources and standards (Claims, HL7, FHIR, ICD, HEDIS, etc.)
- Experience with healthcare data quality, governance, and compliance standards

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification from PAHM (Professional Academy for Healthcare Management) or AHM (Accredited Healthcare Management)
- Experience working with requirement gathering for healthcare applications
