What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to analytics-related activities supporting the RCS Analytics Operations team
- Manage administrative and customer-facing activities including intake/triage management and artifact management
- Participate in resource onboarding and analytics ecosystem management
- Serve in a cross-functional capacity on projects and initiatives
- Support Data Governance & Evangelism efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related subject, or equivalent education/experience
- 2-3 years of Revenue Cycle Experience
- 5 years of strong SQL programming skills with platforms like Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle SQL
- 5 years of progressive experience in analytics roles such as data analyst or business analyst
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related subject
- Experience with EPIC, particularly in reporting and reviewing Revenue Cycle-related account details
- Report writing skills in Tableau or Power BI
