What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the RCS Analytics Operations team to support analytics-related activities
- Manage intake/triage, artifact management, and resource onboarding for analytics projects
- Oversee data governance and evangelism initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Create, manage, and validate large data sets for internal stakeholders
- Serve in a cross-functional capacity on various projects and initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Health Informatics, Public Health, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle
- 5 years of strong SQL programming skills with experience in platforms like Snowflake or SQL Server
- 5 years of progressive experience as a data analyst, report analyst, or business analyst
- 3 years of proven experience in managing and validating large data sets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Health Informatics
- Experience with EPIC software and reporting data
- Proficiency in report writing using Tableau or Power BI
