What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capture new business opportunities in Air Combat Test and Training
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while exploring new air combat training opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to present compelling strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain customer insight for early identification of requirements and shaping internal strategies
- Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters, ensuring effective coordination

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in absence of a degree
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance required on Day 1
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Direct experience working with the US Navy, US Marine Corps, or US Air Force
- Experience with system OEMs such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics, and Raytheon

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an F-35 or F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, E/A-18G, F-15, or F-16 fighter pilot
- Former range commander experience
- Expertise in developing strike fighter tactics, mission planning, and air-launched weapons handling
- Experience in integrating live, virtual, and constructive mission training
- Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance is desired
