- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Prior experience Risk and Control Self Assurance experience and control evaluation activities (risk/control gap identification and escalation; evaluation and analysis of existing controls for effective risk mitigation; design and build of processes/controls/alternate solutions)
- Cross-functional project management and strong organizational skills (collaborate across multiple functional teams; track progress and proactively follow up on action items; solicit feedback and secure stakeholder buy in)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt communication styles for intended audiences and varying learning styles (e.g., from process end user to leadership across varying functional teams)
- Process and procedure development and maintenance (draft and develop processes/procedures; ongoing governance/maintenance of artifacts for review, challenge, and/or refresh routines)
- Prior operational experience in managing or executing operational support activities for Supply Chain Management functions within the FI/Banking industry, including foundational understanding of contracts and regulatory environment
- Change Management implementation and change adoption tracking/monitoring, including maintaining tracking with MS365 tools (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) on change adoption/progress and reporting outcomes
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the location listed in the posting.

$84,000 - $149,400 USD Annual
