Support cross functional/divisional regional management programs, initiatives, and deliverables for COO (e.g. ESG, legal entity management, stand-alone infrastructure platform, expense models for the region, new product approval process, records management, policies & procedures, ad-hoc data assessment and creation of presentation materials, etc.)
Assist with governance of regional management fora
Facilitate cross functional/divisional programs to ensure DWS Americas meets regulatory expectations
Monitor/escalate/assist with remediation of any DWS Americas regulatory findings
Investigate and drive changes with respect to infrastructure cost management across DWS globally
Facilitate the governance framework and contractual agreements between DWS and Deutsche Bank
Manage review and update cycles of contracted services in partnership with functional leads
Provide reporting into governing bodies including steering committees and audit
Support multi-year transformational initiatives within DWS, globally, through preparation, tracking, coordination of key reporting metrics used by project steering committees and DWS senior managers
Strong project management skills
Ability to learn/delve into new topics/initiatives and synthesize complicated information into comprehensive overviews/summaries/project plans
Work closely with key stakeholders (both in the US and globally), including central senior management, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, etc., to ensure key deliverables and initiatives across the region/globe are met
Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, rules and regulations preferred
Ability to manage large information database(s) to develop insightful reporting and metrics
Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Sound communication skills (written and verbal)

Team / Position Overview
You will work in support of the DWS Americas C-Suite leadership (most specifically CAO / COO). This role will help drive deliverables that cut across the region and manage regulatory interaction/engagement and programs. You will also work with Deutsche Bank to ensure coordination on business and regulatory topics, as needed.
In addition, you will assist with global efforts and strategic projects, focused on infrastructure cost management as well as the governance around contractual agreements between DWS and Deutsche Bank.
You will be centrally involved on a number of business management and transformation tasks including financial analysis and cost management, management reporting, expense approvals, records management, policies & procedures and supporting governance process and control related tasks. This will include operating within a strong global team as well as independently managing projects across the business.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $121,000 to $195,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration
