      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for hiring managers
      - Source qualified candidates through various channels and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
      - Organize marketing campaigns on job boards and industry websites
      - Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipeline
      - Meet with interested candidates to introduce them to the company's model and mission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to energize and communicate effectively
      - Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
      - Work authorization in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
