      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
      - Source and manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
      - Evaluate and present qualified candidates to hiring managers while refining recruitment strategies
      - Organize marketing campaigns across job boards and industry websites
      - Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and key networks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or large organization
      - Proven ability to source candidates, manage interviews, and conduct offer negotiations
      - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
      - Excellent project management skills to handle details in a fast-paced environment
      - Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
