What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's values, brand, and products to effectively attract talent
- Manage the recruiting funnel for Sales & Relationship Management, engaging passive candidates
- Guide hiring managers towards unbiased decision-making in candidate selection
- Monitor pipeline performance and share relevant metrics with team members
- Welcome new hires and support their onboarding experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Deep experience recruiting for sales organizations
- Proven ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with clarity and precision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Covey, or Gem
- A strong focus on diversity and inclusion in team building
- Ability to automate recruiting processes for efficiency
