- Create complex software workflow diagrams.
- Analyze and make data driven decision based on running query against MS SQL Server.
- Analyze data from multiple sources including Patient, Insurance, Payment, HR, Finance databases to create integrated views that can be leveraged to make data driven decisions.
- Review technical designs, test plans and documentation to ensure quality.
- Document, analyze and translate business requirements into technical functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze current systems to identify opportunities in processes, system capabilities and information delivery methodologies for continuous improvement as applicable.
- Design metadata and entity relationship diagram, business processes, and process flow.
- Maintain application development standards and processes through the use of Gitlab and Jira
- Define and document business objectives by reviewing business functions through requirements gathering.
- Create workflow diagrams, outlining system capabilities and writing system specifications.
- Improve end user experience by implementing intuitive User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles through detailed functional specifications.
- Analyze and maintain data through the use of SQL stored procedures, ad-hoc queries and triggers.
- Define and track project scope and requirements, project milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and impacts and create contingency plans for successful system implementation.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
- Data analysis and reporting using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Serve as a liaison between business and development team to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
- Perform functional quality assurance testing, consisting of test case creation, test case execution, bug logging & tracking and defect management.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA.
- Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others.
- Articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and business users.
- Drive the resolution of issues found in payment.
- Focus on quality improvement and data management related to RCM. Ensuring data is reliable and valid.
- 3 years eliciting and documenting requirements using a variety of methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements gathering meetings, use cases, user stories, business analysis, and task / workflow analysis;
- 3 years proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Scope and Requirements Documents, Use Cases, User Stories, UML, Wireframes, Screen and Interface designs; and
- 1 year using Microsoft SQL Server Management and Writing SQL queries including complex queries

Job Description
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible to analyze and improve Revenue Cycle Management, Practice Management, and related IT processes; ideate, build, enhance and support IT systems that leverage OCR, Machine Learning, AI and RPA technologies to improve user experience, automate manual processes, and optimize human and financial capital investment; and develop detailed requirements, prepare cost/benefit analysis, and ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Management, or closely related and 3 years' experience in technical systems analysis, business system analysis or in a software development role. Experience must include:
