What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications to support software development projects
- Create documentation for existing undocumented systems and perform data analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and developers
- Conduct project coordination and quality assurance testing
- Analyze and redesign legacy schema and develop entity relationship diagrams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a developer, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Extensive knowledge of SQL and database management
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation and technical writing
- Experience working with external clients and managing database schema design
- Strong verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in SQL data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with database management IDEs such as SSMS, pgAdmin, or psql
- Experience with SQL data migrations
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
