- Monitoringthe wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changeimpactingon care and care plans, ensuring that new needs aremet,and written records are amended to reflect any variation.

- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development where required.
- Actingas a key point for contact with residents, theirrelativesand visitors, as well as health and social care professionals involved in their wellbeing, ensuring that any reasonable requests are actedupon,and concerns or complaints are escalated.
- Have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Have 2 years experience working in similar care environment.
- Have the ability tocommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Have a positive attitude to bothsupporting and nurturing residents and staff.

- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
