What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans aligned with the organization's transformation objectives
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to assess the impact of change initiatives
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify areas of risk that could affect the success of initiatives
- Lead the creation of change-related training and adoption plans in partnership with learning and development
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of change management, organizational development, or business transformation experience
- Strong knowledge of change management models, frameworks, tools, and best practices
- Proven track record of leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
