      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the Chargemaster (CDM) is consistent with coding and billing regulations and accurately represents services provided
      - Act as the liaison between the Hospital ministry and the employer's Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster Department
      - Respond to inquiries regarding Chargemaster issues and provide training to hospital staff on CDM maintenance processes
      - Research CDM maintenance requests for adherence to standards in a timely manner
      - Collaborate with various departments to improve charge capture processes and operational performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Sciences, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of hospital chargemaster experience, including knowledge of inpatient and outpatient billing requirements
      - 3 years of operational performance improvement and/or project management experience
      - 5 years of experience working with Hospital EMR related to Chargemaster, preferably Epic EAP
      - 3 years of experience with CDM maintenance tools/software such as Craneware, Vitalware, or nThrive

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Coding experience is a plus
